Rebeca Mourelle

Graduated in Tourism from the University of A Coruña, and she also holds a Master’s degree in Planning and Management of Tourism Destinations and Products from the same institution. Her academic background and professional trajectory are focused on tourism planning, the sustainable development of destinations, and the creation of responsible tourism products, with particular interest in working with territories and local stakeholders.

She has experience in projects related to the planning and management of tourism destination, developed within the fields of consultancy, public administration and territorial management. She has collaborated on initiatives linked to Tourism Sustainability Plans for Destinations, destination management and sustainable tourism, as well as on projects focused on responsible tourism marketing and product development in protected areas and rural contexts.

Her profile is further strengthened by experience in hospitality management and visitor services, providing her with a practical and comprehensive understanding of the tourism industry. She holds official accreditation as a Tourist Guide of Galicia and works fluently in Spanish and Galician as her native languages, in addition to having an advanced level of English and French and basic knowledge of German.
