PRODUCTION OF A SUSTAINABLE TOURISM DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR TIERRA DEL FUEGO: COMMUNES OF PORVENIR, TIMAUKEL AND PRIMAVERA – CHILE

SUMMARY: Study and elaboration of a diagnosis and Sustainable Tourism Development Plan in the province of Chilean Patagonia, to place at the local communities’ disposal (Porvenir, Primavera and Timaukel) a planning tool for the integral development of tourism. Through a participatory methodology with the local stakeholders agents, priority programs and investments projects were identified to value the natural and cultural resources of the territory, and to enhance the local population quality of life.
